/01Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Most of our work extends the ERP you already run. We only recommend a new system when the existing one is holding you back.
/02How does a project start?
With a workshop on your processes, data and goals, whether you already have concrete requirements or simply want to put AI to good use. This is followed by a pilot at a fixed price, usually developed within about three months, then tested and taken into live operation.
/03Where is our data processed?
Exclusively in data centres within the European Union, or on-premise in your own environment, also with locally run AI models. We follow European data-protection rules strictly.
/04What will the platform do, and when is it available?
It brings shops, email inboxes and accounting together. AI agents process orders, support requests and invoices on their own and ask you wherever a decision is needed. The platform is in development; write to us if you are interested in early access.
/05Do you also work as a development partner?
Yes. For agencies and companies, particularly in Germany, we develop websites, web applications and custom software on their behalf.
